Our secretaries have at least five years experience and training within an industry specific work placement. They are required to provide at least two satisfactory professional references and undergo tests and ongoing training specific to their field of work. You are in experienced hands!
You can add captions in the form of .srt or .vtt files to both YouTube and Facebook. We have a video on how to do this here but you can also follow these instructions for YouTube or these for Facebook videos. We think that t’s great that you’re adding these as it means that your videos will be much more accessible to those who are deaf or hard of hearing.

All files are uploaded and downloaded using 256-Bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) processing. This means all of your files are encrypted and fully secure. We have several layers of data security that are implemented. Web servers are deployed using a dual-homed configuration which provides a specific firewall protection to the private network. User files are stored on private network servers and are physically isolated from the public internet for extra security. All of our transcriptionists and secretaries are required to sign confidentiality agreements and will always handle your files with the upmost care and discretion.

We are also happy to work set up shared Dropbox folders for sending and receiving transcripts via PC, Mac, tablet, iPad, smartphone or iPhone as we find that this is practical, widely available, free and secure. If you prefer not to use Dropbox, we can provide regular clients with their own login via our website, along with a password for delivery and collection of their completed transcripts. For non-regular clients, completed work can be encrypted and sent back via email.
We can accept direct uploads from your iPhone, iPad, smartphone or tablet and provide this service for regular clients who have their own login, using the Dictamus dictation app available on iTunes and Google Play. This service can also be provided for new clients, but will require an additional fee. We are also able to receive small files via email.
