Time Coded Video Transcription for Subtitles and Captions
If you need your videos transcribed for video captions or subtitles, we can help. Not only do we offer a range of subtitling and captioning services, but we can also transcribe your videos to include very regular time codes if you prefer to subtitle in house, time codes can also be offset and formatted as needed (e.g. hours:minutes:seconds:frames) but don’t have the time to transcribe the dialogue. Subtitles and captions allow you to cater to audiences that are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as viewers who speak a foreign language.
Video Formats and Sending your Videos for Transcription
We regularly provide online digital video transcription. However, we are able to work with a wide range of video files and formats. This includes DVD transcription, VHS transcription, USB transcription and transcription of video files on drives. Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending your files so that we can ensure someone is available to receive them. Please note that video transcription from hard copies can increase the turnaround time and price of you transcription.
