We’re looking for New Virtual Assistants and Transcriptionists

Things are getting busy here at Transcription City! If you are an experienced secretary, transcriptionist or virtual assistant who, is both reliable and can handle strict deadlines, send us your CV today! Provided you have all of the relevant skills and experience required, we will contact you, to see if you are willing to take an audio typing test. If successful, we will add you to our virtual assistant and transcription cover list and start sending you work as and when you are available.
Here are some of the things we are looking for in our transcriptionists and virtual assistants:
Reliability – Are you able to deliver on a tight deadline and see difficult audio files through to the end?
Accuracy – Do you pride yourself in carefully transcribed, spell checked and thoroughly proofread documents?
Experience – Do you have at least 5 years experience in a relevant industry, sector or work placement?
Good Research Skills – Are you willing to do your research as and when it is required, when working on a transcript or fact finding for a client?
Fast Typing Speed – Are you able to type at least 50 words per minute?
Can Do Attitude – Are you willing to think on your feet and use your common sense to solve any problems that may arise?
In addition, it also helps to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, be a quick learner and a fast and reliable broadband connection.
