The fastest turnaround we officially offer is 4 hours but where we have capacity, within reason, this turnaround time can be negotiable – sometimes lowering to as little as one hour turnaround for very short files.

For this reason, we are always happy to arrange receipt of your files by whatever method most suits your needs. We can accept files via email, upload to our website, YouTube and Vimeo links, direct from an iPad or iPhone app, or via websites such as YouSendIt or Dropbox.
Accuracy. To ensure accuracy of spelling in transcripts, we carry out research for correct spelling of names, companies, etc, mentioned within your audio. However, if you are looking for a transcript to be turned around super urgently and are aware there are a number of names or words to be researched, you may like to email a list over with your transcription request, just to save time.
